LOMBOK TOUR INFORMATION
The circular island of Lombok stretches 80 km from north to south
and 70 km from west to east, making it only slight smaller than its
more illustrious neighbor Bali. However, although there has been a
tendency to view Lombok as “Bali twenty years ago”, there are in
fact major differences between the two islands embracing geography,
climate, culture and religion. The largest ethnic group is the
Muslim Sasak, the original inhabitants of Lombok, who maintain their
unique language, dress and customs.
The island’s main crop is rice, which is primarily cultivated in
irrigated paddy fields on the fertile central plain, while the
magnificent volcano Mt. Rinjani is dominated the island, rises to
3’726 m, making it the highest peak in Indonesia. Although there are
a number of first class hotels along the beaches, away from these
tourist areas, Lombok is still traditional and foreigners a novelty,
and for the time being it remains a relatively quiet alternative. So
… what Lombok does have to offer is a unique culture, a beautiful
landscape, the magnificent Mt. Rinjani and tranquility.

ITINERARY
DAY 01: AIRPORT – SENGGIGI
Upon arrival at Selaparang Airport at Mataram – Lombok, meeting
service and transfer to hotel in Senggigi for your accommodation.
DAY 02: GILI AIR EXCURSION (B,L)
After breakfast, full day excursion “The Wonder of The Sea”, Gili
Air Island Tour. The drive will take you through Pemenang Village,
then sail to the small island of Gili Air to explore fantastic sea
garden and lives coral, and fish at all sizes, shapes and colors.
Return sail to Bangsal, then return to Senggigi area via pusuk and
monkey forest. Overnight.
DAY 03: SENGGIGI – KUTA (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing transfer to your hotel in Kuta,
south of Lombok. En route stops will be made at Mayura Palace,
Sukarara weaving village, Penujak pottery village, then Sengkol and
Rambitan then the two village of Sasak aborigin with their typical
houses. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel in the area.
DAY 04: KUTA (B)
Free at leisure with breakfast included.
DAY 05: KUTA – OUT (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your
onward flight.
